Yeah, I think the new comers need to know this too. I heard from the owner of the article I quoted, that her friend just stumbled on their site and her chosen domain was under ‘hostage’. the article’s author said that she had told her friend to make a survey next time before trying any registar site / domain searching tools. and this is quite a harsh lesson for those who have ever been trapped by their tools.
